Another tweak to offer prediction bar calculation for 6 special programs

The following changes were made to the offer prediction bar for the 6 Manhattan-priority programs:

These calculations are now made:

  1. Cutoffs for Manhattan applicants
  2. Rankings for combined applicants outside of Manhattan

Once Manhattan applicants fill the first 75% of offers, a portion of non-Manhattan applicants will be ranked higher than the remaining Manhattan applicants.

For example, if the cutoff for Manhattan applicants for the first 75% of offers is at #50, we know the remaining Manhattan applicants vying for the remaining 25% are above #50. This means non-Manhattan applicants with numbers better than #50 should fill the remaining 25% first. If there are still offers remaining after these < #50 non-Manhattan applicants, then the entire remaining pool will be considered.

These calculations are only applied to the prediction color bar, not the listed “estimated cutoffs”.
