After a full admissions cycle of testing, I’ve decided to retire the AI Chatbot.
The chatbot was not able to help people effectively because most users were using it as a guide to help them find programs rather than asking it specific questions about how the admissions process works or how to use NYC-SIFT.
It was a fun experiment!
